To keep everyone safe and happy, when you are at Fun by Day Spooky World you must abide carefully by our rules found on this page and the Law of the Land.
Children 15 years of age and under must be supervised by a PARENT or GUARDIAN throughout each activity.
The proprietors will not accept responsibility for any incidents or accidents that occur as a result of failure to comply with all guidelines and verbal instructions given.
The attractions are mainly aimed at 4 to 12 year olds.
No responsibility will be accepted for damage to clothing, or loss of clothing or belongings.

Safety of young children is provided for as follows:
Safety hand rails, hand holds, foot rests, safety supporting bars, soft safety matting, sand and grass areas, steps and hand rails.
Please ensure that all young children use all safety aids provided.
Quad Karts
Children aged 6 years and under must have a parent or guardian share and control the quad kart with them.
Visitors must access their cart immediately.
Visitors must not stand in the way of the quad karts.
When your ride is over leave the track immediately.
Do not stay on the track in conversation with anyone.
Equipment Safety
Safety checks are regularly carried out on equipment and fixtures. Some play areas are unattended by park attendants and care should be taken by all visitors to play safely and to also consider the safety of others when playing, and when entering and leaving play areas.
Drivers of Vehicles
It is illegal to drive on private land whilst uninsured if the private land is accessible to the public. Drivers of vehicles on this property must have a current driving licence and relevant insurance to drive the vehicle. Uninsured drivers and drivers without a current driving licence are forbidden from driving on this property.
Risk Assessments
Risk assessments are regularly completed on equipment and fixtures, and they are held on file, but they are for internal use only and are not provided to groups or to the general public. They are not supplied to external groups because external organisations that require a risk assessment have to complete their own assessment regardless of any document produced by the attraction. Organisations can have their own unique requirements that have to be met.
Dogs and other pets
This is a working farm therefore no dogs or other pets are allowed on the property (except for registered guide dogs). Please note it is a working farm and not a petting zoo.
Clothing and other property
Spooky World UK cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal belongings or lost property whatsoever.
Open water danger
Spooky World UK does have a small amount of open water at the park. However, any open water is off the beaten track and not within the boundaries of the attraction. Parents and Guardians must accompany small children at all times.
Traffic Hazards
On site vehicle use is kept to an absolute minimum when the park is open to members of the public. If the need arises to bring a vehicle on site, speed restrictions are reduced to walking pace and all vehicles will put on its hazard warning lights and will be provided with a walking escort.

Tickets
We have a no refund cancellation policy. We offer advance tickets up until the day if you wish to be cautious.
Payments
Payments are processed via STRIPE and will show Spookyland Limited on your statement.
Tickets can be bought at the entrance but any discounts can ONLY be used by booking online.
When purchasing tickets you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and the Law of the Land.
Animals
This attraction is located on a working crop farm and although it is not an animal farm we cannot allow dogs on site (except for registered help dogs).
Note we are NOT a petting zoo nor a children’s farm.
£1 coins!
Most of our activities and shows are included in the ticket price, but please note the Quad Kart (£2) and Mini Diggers are coin operated (£1). We have some change on site but it’s recommended to bring your own to avoid disappointment.
Skates for the skating rink are free to use, but a small optional charge is made for loan of knee and elbow safety pads.

Bad Weather
In poor weather some activities may be temporarily closed due to health & safety concerns, however we provide lots of under cover areas with activities in them for such times, and the entrance will remain open.
As per the ticket terms we’re unable to change the dates on tickets, but please keep in mind that often a forecast will show rain but there wont be a drop of it on the day.
Refunds are not given if bad weather causes disruption. However, if a decision is taken to close the attraction due to extremely poor weather being expected for most of the day, guests who have pre-booked will, where possible, be notified in advance and they will be provided with a code to postpone their visit to another day during the same season.
