Tickets Information

Choose carefully!

Please make sure you choose the correct ticket type, date and time slot as tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, swapped or exchanged after they have been paid for! Tickets are scanned in and can only be used for the date and time slot shown on the ticket. Refunds are given only in accordance with statutory regulations in the event of the event being cancelled, rescheduled, or moved to a different location. The Citizens Advice website provides information on consumer rights when purchasing an event ticket. Ticket costs will be refunded if events have to be cancelled due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. Refund requests for any other Covid-19 reason will NOT be approved.

This is to help keep costs down for you by reducing admin costs (the ticket system does not allow for changes), and to prevent fraudulent sale of cancelled or exchanged tickets, so choose carefully!

Any and all special offers and discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn from sale for any day at any time. If you are lucky enough to have a discount code it can be input at the payments page. Payments made online are processed via STRIPE and will show Spooky Fields Ltd so please watch for this on your statement.

Tickets are NOT available on the day at the entrance due to visitor numbers having to be managed during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) 2020 era.
